An apartment building usually refers to a multi-unit building that is designed specifically for residential purposes. These buildings can range in size from small to large, and they can have a variety of amenities such as balconies, pools, or fitness centres. Each apartment within the building is usually rented to individual tenants, and the building may have a management company that oversees the maintenance and care of the property.

• APPLICATIONS: Until 30 November 2024
• PUBLIC VOTING: (01/12 to 31/12) In the first phase of the competition, the public votes for the nominated accommodations and favourite hosts, property managers, booking websites, associations and partners
• HOW THE PUBLIC VOTES: Each email has the right to vote ONLY once and can vote up to ten (10) nominations per subcategory
• VOTE OF THE JURY: (01/01/25 to 31/01/25) In the second phase of the competition, the jury votes on the top ten (10) service providers and accommodations in each sub-category, voted for by the public to determine the top three (3) winners (Platinum, Gold & Silver).
• GSA AWARD CEREMONY: A glorious award ceremony (TBA) awaits us!

The Greece STAY Awards gives every accommodation the opportunity to distinguish itself. With sub-categories per accommodation cost, all accommodations compete on a level playing field and are judged equally. Choose the one that suits you!

• Once the public vote is open, you need to be activated!
• Send an update to all your past and present guests to vote for you. *Tip: You can do this by sending out newsletters or through other applications

• Invite all your online friends and social media followers to vote for you
